Do we offer a drop-in repair service?
Yes, this is where we started, in store. Majority of our repairs are done within the hour. No need to book an appointment.

Do we offer a Lifetime Warranty?
Yes we do, we never want to disappoint any of our customers , and we are confident in our parts and products to offer this service. We pride ourselves on great customer service and repair work. If your device is not right after a repair we’ve carried out then we will put it right with a Lifetime Warranty. Available only on selected iPhone screen replacements. As long as your device is not moister damaged or impact damaged. Please note, we do not offer or cover Lifetime warranty if the device has/had been worked on by another repairer, other than ourselves. T&C Apply.

Where are we based?
We have two Bristol locations, one in Stokes Croft and another on the famous Gloucester Road. Both addresses can be found on our contact page

How long does a repair take?
We aim to get most repairs done and tested within the hour. Most repairs on average can take 20-30 minutes to complete, but we like to allow some time for testing your devices new part, and to make sure your issues are resolved properly.

What does TPS stand for?

Yes we are, and all are prices are VAT included.
